Operating rules

These operating rules regulate the mutual contractual conditions governing the legal relations between the operator and its visitors when the operator provides services to these visitors.

1. Visitors to Legends Gym are obliged to familiarize themselves with these operating rules and to act and behave in accordance with them. By paying the admission fee according to the valid price list, he/she expresses his/her full consent to it.
2. The visitor is entitled to use the individual facilities and equipment of Legends Gym or to use its services on the basis of a duly paid admission fee according to the type of service used according to the established price list. It is forbidden to enter the premises of the centre without a duly paid admission fee.
3. Each visitor is fully responsible for his/her health condition. It is recommended to have a medical examination (general examination, heart function, etc.) before visiting our centre. Legends Gym is not responsible for the health condition of the exercisers.
4. Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of the staff. Everyone is required to wear sports clothing, shoes (not barefoot, but with sturdy shoes) and a towel when exercising on fitness equipment. When performing the relevant sporting activity, they must not endanger their health or that of other visitors and must not damage property. It is forbidden to litter the Legends Gym premises.
5. Classic and student monthly passes are valid for 30 days.
6. A 10-entry season pass is valid for 90 days.
7. Three-month passes are valid for 90days.
8. A six-month season pass is valid for 180days.
9. Annual pass is valid for 360 days.
10. No season passes can be interrupted or suspended.
11. Visitors are prohibited from entering the operating and technical rooms and other areas not used for exercise for which they have paid admission.
12. Everyone is obliged to store all outerwear in the designated place, i.e. in the lockers. Likewise, shoes are to be placed in the designated shoe lockers immediately upon entering the fitness center.
13. Valuables such as money, watches, necklaces, jewelry, cell phones, tablets, laptops, other electronics, etc., must be turned in to the front desk staff. The visitor is fully responsible for valuables otherwise stored against the Operating Regulations.
14. If any damage to the equipment (dumbbells, machines) or exercise equipment is found, it is everyone's responsibility to report said fact to the Legends Gym staff.
15. In the event of inappropriate behaviour in the fitness centre premises or towards the staff, the operator has the right to expel such individual from the fitness centre, without refunding the entrance fee, and in extreme cases no longer allow access to the fitness centre premises.
16. It is prohibited to retain any keys to lockers or shoe lockers when leaving the Legends Gym premises.
17. Everyone is to clean up after their workout and put their tools and equipment in their designated area. We ask all visitors to the centre to pay extra attention to this.
18. In the event of any injury, everyone is required to report this to the Legends Gym staff.
19. In the event of theft, please report the damage to the operator immediately. It is also your responsibility to call the police yourself to take a report and complete the submitted form for the insurance company. Additional reports of theft will not be considered.
20. There is a strict no smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages, narcotics and other psychotropic substances in Legends Gym.
21. No pets are allowed in the Legends Gym.
22. In exceptional cases and with the prior consent of the Legends Gym staff, children are allowed in the gym, and only when accompanied by their parents, who expressly and non-transferably accept responsibility for any damage to their child's health and the operator's property caused by the child's movements.
23. The exerciser must be at least 15 years of age. If he/she is younger (7 - 14 years old), he/she is only allowed to enter the gym when accompanied by a person over 18 years old (parents, siblings) or a trainer. This person then assumes full responsibility for the safety of the underage exerciser and is obliged to attend to him/her at all times and not leave him/her unattended.
24. For small children (under 7 years old) the gym environment is dangerous and therefore absolutely unsuitable! However, if a gym visitor brings a child this young, he/she must prevent the child from moving freely in the gym area and climbing on the fitness machines.
25. It is forbidden to enter all areas of Legends Gym to persons: under the influence of intoxicating, narcotic or psychotropic substances, in dirty or obviously inappropriate clothing, or causing public outrage. In such cases, the staff of the operator is entitled to ask such persons to leave the sports complex at any time. If they fail to do so, they may be removed from the facility without compensation.
26. The visitor shall be liable for any damage or loss caused to the operator in full, even if the act is unintentional.
27. The visitor must empty the locker and leave it unlocked when leaving the locker room. The visitor must keep the key to the locker and hand the key to the locker to the reception staff on leaving. If the locker is found to be locked after the close of business on a given day, the locker will be opened and emptied by the operator's staff, with no refund of the contents.
28. The visitor is responsible for damages incurred by the operator through loss of key, damage to the lock or other misuse. In the event of loss, damage or misuse, the visitor is obliged to pay the sum of CZK 100 as the cost of replacing the lock.
29. Clients are advised to book each hall lesson in advance. Failure to do so may mean that the lesson is already fully booked and you will not be able to attend. The client is required to pay for the unbooked lesson in full, even if the lesson has not been taken, or it will be deducted from the relevant season ticket
30. For those attending group exercise classes, we recommend arriving at least 10min before the class starts for a smooth and timely check-in and not to disrupt the class.
31. Due to the limited number of places in group classes, it is necessary to book in advance.
32. Reservations for seats can be made in person, by phone, or through the online reservation system on the website www.legendsgym.cz. We will not respond to email and SMS bookings.
33. By registering in the online booking system, the client grants the operator, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, consent to the processing of his/her personal data, which he/she has filled in when registering in the booking system, for an indefinite period of time. These personal data will be processed by the operator, as the data controller, exclusively for the purpose of maintaining a database of Legends Gym clients using the online booking system.
34. Cancellations can be made in person, by telephone or via the online booking system on the website www.legendsgym.cz. Cancellation via email/SMS is not possible.
35. Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before the start of the class.
36. If you book a place and fail to turn up without apologising, you will block the place for another person and the lesson will be charged or withdrawn from your credit.
37. In the event of cancellation by the instructor, the lesson will be replaced.
38. The operator recommends that practitioners consult their medical condition with their doctor. Each client is fully responsible for their own health condition. The operator is not responsible for the health condition of the trainees. Pregnant women, people with heart disease, inflammatory disease in the abdominal cavity or epilepsy should avoid this type of exercise.
39. The gym area should be left 15 minutes before the end of the operating hours.
